HD-NKA Baby Diaper Machine

1.This machine is capable of producing specifications of napkin pants as L, M, and S.
2.The cotton core is wrapped before cutting into right shape. Or the cotton core can also be molded with disc mold. And all products weight are adjustable by gram.
3.Fixing elastic is made of spray glue; facial film is triple cubic protective against side leakage. Facial film to the napkin waist is designed elastic and cut into right figure automatically.
4.Electrical speed equalizer/differentiator regulation by phase. Difference between materials is corrected automatically. All the key parts can be regulated while the machine is powered on and running.
5.Application of vacuum transportation and consistent tension control system controls the tension of raw and affiliated materials from unstable or dislocation.
6.Reasonable structure design and high automation make it easy to operate.
